Victor Marquez the service tech was great. He explained everything and he said the repairs took two days. The only thing I noticed when I got home is that my rear bumper had black scuff marks. I have never been so wronged in my life by anybody or any corporation. These crooks are liars, law breakers and couldn't conduct business in a professional manner to save their lives. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Best one word to describe this dealership would be "CROOKED". I will be spreading the word as far and wide as possible and I have a huge group of followers on the social media platforms. First of all, since when does a dealership take you to a desk before even showing you a vehicle ? Then on top of that, these jokers never even showed any vehicles at all. Bought a Jeep Rubicon 2024 in August 2023 , The SOS light came on and the Microphone using my cell phone did not work . Called Moss Bros of Riverside since here is where I Purchase the vehicle and asked if came on and the Microphone using my cell phone did not work . Called Moss Bros of Riverside since here is where I Purchase the vehicle and asked if I could get a Loaner for the time they will keep the vehicle , over the Phone I was told to bring it over ,when I Brought the Vehicle I was told that I had to leave the vehicle and they tell wont provided me with a Loaner. I asked to speak to a manager since the person that took care of me seems that he did not care . after talking to the service manager I decided not to take the rental vehicle ,they kept the Vehicle for 4 days just to replace a microphone. Today 11/9/2023 I was able to pick my vehicle .and the funny thing is that the invoice only shows the date when I left the vehicle 11/6/2023 . I received an email showing just the 11/6/2023 date . what happen to Customer Service ? and of Course the vehicle was not even washed . now I remember the reason I stop buying American Cars . Two Months ,Brand New 2024 and it already took the first visit to the dealer . More
