I am not thrilled with this place at all. I wish I could take it all back! My first issue was I bought the car around 7ish in the evening. The next morning I called maybe 15 mins after they open because I take it all back! My first issue was I bought the car around 7ish in the evening. The next morning I called maybe 15 mins after they open because I wanted to change my financing. I got a WAY better deal on interest somewhere else.. I was definitely ripped off.. Oh no I couldn't do that. They already submitted the paperwork. Which I doubt. Go figure. Then my heated seats didn't work. Mind you this is a 2021 honda hrv. Brand new. I tried the heated seats over a couple of weeks and they were very inconsistent and most of the time barely got warm. They are supposed to get very warm. Then a day before I was supposed to bring it in to be looked at the air unit started knocking. I bring the car in and the guy tests everything and said well everything is working and the air unit sounds fine. Uh no. Not true. I was just riding with the heated seats and I know for a fact they were not working and the air unit should be looked at regardless becauseof the noises. If I say there is a problem with my car there is a problem. I don't make things up so I can drop my car off to sit there all day. I want my car with me and prefer not to go to the dealership I do not like. There is also a setting on the vehicle that doesn't work. My salesman says he will look at it and see what he can do but what in the world????? This is a 2021 car. There should be no issues!!! If I could I'd leave the car in the lot and take a refund. I've already had it. They didn't have a transportation service and didn't even allow me to use a vehicle while my car sat all day. Great service you guys! I will be refinancing asap to get out from under them. More
