Wesley Baynes at Premier Toyota Scion

I came to premier Toyota after one of my friends bought a car from there and had a good experience. I live right by another Toyota dealership but got burnt from them before So I decided to give these boys a shot. I was driving through the lot when a salesman, Tahl Benit, approached my truck. I told him i just wanted a brochure on the rav and venza. Tahl wasnt pushy but offered to buy my truck. I wanted to know what it was worth so I said "yes" to an appraisal. After talking to Tahl a little more, he thought I should take a look at a car I had never even considered. A Prius V. now, I'm old country boy at heart so the idea of driving a Prius didn't exactly appeal to me. but after Tahl explained everything about it I have to admit I was amazed. The manager, Ben Leonne, came out and introduced himself. Ben gave me a deal that was hard to refuse. He even offered me more than I thought for my truck but i still wanted to think about it. Ben told me to take the Prius home for the night on a test drive. I drove to sandusky and back and I was very impressed with the gas mileage. Ben and Tahl gave me a really good deal and a payment that was lower than "a cell phone bill" Wesley, the finance manager was very through explaining all my options. when everything was done Tahl helped me for at least an hour moving all the stuff over from my truck to the Prius and everything fit! I'm really happy with premier and my new Prius.

I live in Charlotte, North Carolina and I saw a vehicle online. It was exactly what I wanted, but I did not know how to go about making the purchase. I called the dealership and Tahl Benit facilitated the entire process and made it very smooth. I decided that it would be best if I would take a plane to Akron airport and drive the vehicle back myself. Tahl offered to pick me up from the airport himself. He was there before my plane arrived. We arrived to the dealership and I was very impressed with the facility. It was very clean and pleasant. The staff was friendly and professional. I sincerely want to thank Tahl and Premier Toyota for being so helpful and accommodating. Vehicle was clean and exactly as described. Follow up was also superb.

Tahl, Wesley, and Ben went above and beyond my expectations. They helped both me and my mother tremendously. They were so friendly and made sure to meet all of our needs. In the end i got the perfect car for me (scion XD) and at a very affordable rate. I will be recommending Premier Toyota and Tahl Benit to all my friends and family. Thanks!

Our salesperson, Tahl Benit, was very helpful and patient with us as he explained all of the features of the Prius that we were considering purchasing and we did purchase it based on the information and help he provided. His post sale followup has also been outstanding. The negotiation process was quick and conclusive. Wes Baynes handled the final paperwork and he was very thorough and personable. I felt he explained everything very clearly and presented options that we could take advantage of if we wanted to. Tahl went over the vehicle with us at delivery and made sure it was to our liking and expectations. He paired our cell phones and tried to set us up with Entune but it does not work with my Blackberry so I will eventually go shopping for new smartphones. He even said he would set up my Entune once I got the proper phone, whenever that might be. Tahl and Wes's service was outstanding. Premier Toyota provided an exceptional level of concern and service for us from start to finish, which is why we drove over an hour to buy our car from there.

Great experience. They were professional, well organized, and attentive. I seriously considered a Honda minivan but their selling of the value was what sealed the decision to buy a Toyota from them.

Being in the business for a car was quite stressful, but Dylan Farmer made every step so easy! He was very straightforward and honest in showing me cars that would be within my budget but still desirable to my needs. He made all of the steps of the trade-in clear and easy. I would highly recommend him for any car shopping needs, whether it is a new or used car or if you are leasing or buying. Dylan is very knowledgeable in ALL of the areas. Before getting my car, Dylan was a pleasure to talk to and make the wait seem a lot less. He was also extremely helpful getting me into the car and answering all of my technical questions before I drove it off the lot.

I also worked with Wesley Baynes in finance, and he was wonderful to work with. Because I was leasing my car, I had plenty of forms to fill out, but he explained everything concisely and made the process much smoother. He was also so friendly and personable!
