My Review Of Carriage Kia:

As always when I go to Carriage for service, the reps are always courteous and helpful if I have questions. I never have to wait for them to service my vehicle and the service is always done in a reasonable time period. When you purchase a vechile from a dealership and continue to use their service department then that means they are doing everything right and that is why I gave them the rating of superb. I will continue to use this dealership for all my services.

I scheduled an oil change the day before my visit. The service personel were courteous and friendly and the oil change was done in a timely manner. I was also impressed at the commitment to keep my Sportage clean with seat, steering wheel and floor mat covers. Thanks Carriage

My Review Of Carriage Kia:

First service on our new 2012 Serento, love the car, especially the backup camera!! great gas mileage, very comfortable to drive. Still getting used to all the great features. ECO light is a helpful feature, reminds me to be more mindful of my driving habits to strive for better gas mileage.
Service was fast and thorough, even washed the outside and vacuumed the inside, staff was efficient, professional and courteous.
A 10++ Dealer!!! Great guys to deal with.

I took my 2012 Sportage in for my first oil change. The service was great, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. You can't beat that. The staff was helpful with the questions I asked. How could you not rate them a 5 with the service they give you. I am recommending them to any friend or family member that is looking for a new or used Kia.
