My Review of Metro Toyota:
This place is a vision of Great Service!!

Will Kreeger was our sale person, and he's amazing! We live in NE Illinois, so we are about a 3 hour drive from Metro Toyota.

Needless to say, we did not want to waste our time driving all the way there just to look. Will understood this, and instead of simply brushing us of like any other dealership, he shot 5 videos of this vehicle for us and posted them online. He showed us every feature of the Sequoia, explaining what it was and showing that it worked.

We were able to work the deal out over the phone, getting the price we wanted (Keith the sales manager was great in this process as well!!), so we made the drive.

The paperwork was ready when we got there, and Keith walked us through everything since the finance guys were busy. We were gone within about an hour or so.

Overall, this was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had!! We would gladly make the drive back to buy another car!!

Will Krueger made my day as they say was in deal to help us out all the way and did more than that drove the car up our way and we met him and made the exchange His service is mo once we met him he went thru the car and paper work with ease and being of late age 75 yrs it sure helped us out exchange was done in about 30 minutes and than we were head back home with the care just to let every know we had been working with a local toyota dealer up in traverse city with the following type of service first car sales person still has not gotten back with me now in 3 weeks and the second car sales person has not gotten back in 2 weeks so they lost out and i will pass this info on to others that i meet that may buy one thing is in my favor was getting will krueger at metro toyota and will forward ref on

My Review of Metro Toyota:
Will and his group did an excellent job of helping me find the right vehicle. He even passed the girlfriend test with flying colors, answering all of her questions and concerns without missing a beat. Now if I could only be that talented with her. He is my hero.

I would recommend Metro Toyota to any of my friends and associates. My other half, Cathy Troyer, bought her car there which was my reason for initially going there. The staff was professional, courteous and caring. Keep up the good work!

Great dealership! I travelled to Kalamazoo from Chicago to purchase the car. My wife needed to come in to sign the papers without me realizing it. They generously offered to pay the cost of gas for her to travel to Kazoo (no small price nowadays). That speaks class to me and the way we were treated the whole time there spoke volumes on their philosophy that customer is still king. Thank you Metro!

My Review of Metro Toyota:
On the way home with our new truck, my wife & I discussed how this was by far our best "vehicle buying experience ever." Committing to such a large purchase is never easy but I can say that Will Kreuger & Metro Toyota did great job in eliminating the hassles often associated with buying a vehicle. We were treated politely & professionally throughout the entire transaction. I can honestly say we never felt any pressure to commit to a deal. When it was all all said and done we had the vehicle that we were looking for at a price that we were satisfied with. The follow up with communications regarding title/registration paperwork has been excellent. I have been informed that my local license branch has the necessary paperwork to complete the "tax collection" process.

Metro Toyota did in fact deliver a simple, honest & hassle free buying experience!

My Review of Metro Toyota:
I had done research on several web sites before contacting Will. There were only 2 vehicles of this vintage, make, and model listed in my price range in the state. Will was friendly and helpful even during an inclement weather test drive and detailed viewing in the lot. I was impressed by his willingness to negotiate even the internet price for the vehicle. He even provided me with the location of local nature trails where I could take my dog for a short walk. Will would have received even better reviews if he had done a better job of prepping the salesman standing in for him when I picked up the vehicle. Hugh was really clueless, but helped as much as possible. Just a minor point: Someone might have mentioned that only 1 remote keyless entry device was available before closing. All new vehicles so equipped come with 2. My wife and I are happy with our purchase, and would do more business with Metro Toyota if it were closer to Midland, MI - our hometown.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
Took possession of new scion yesterday. It is a excellent vehicle. Wm Krueger took great pain and care to ans my multitude of questions. There is a scatch on underside of front bumper, dealership agreed to fix it soon and provide loaner. So far, the whole experience has been great. I feel comfortable about returning to dealership for explanation and help if i encounter a problem.

I have had a very positive experience in buying my 2010 Toyota Venza at Metro Toyota. Will Krueger was extremely helpful and competant in answering my questions and preparing my paperwork to purchase the car. This is my first Toyota and my first experience to work with Metro Toyota. It could not have gone more smoothly and I could not be more happy with my experience and purchase at Metro Toyota. Will provided excellent customer service and follow up.
