My Review of Northwest MINI:
Northwest Mini is an easy place to purchase a vehicle. No high pressure sales, just friendly employees who seem knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot (which is not true of all dealerships). Rocky, Will, and Shane were very easy to work with and I would absolutely recommend Northwest Mini to anyone. I will certainly be going back if/when I purchase my next Mini.

My Review of Northwest MINI:
Will and Brad helped my husband and I with the purchase of our new Mini Countryman. They were both very helpful. Will really knows his product and was able to show it to us in the best possible light. The car essentially sells itself but Will's expertise only added to purchase experience in a positive way.
Brad helped us with our financing of the vehicle. We thought we were going to use our credit union but once Brad came back to us explaining the rate he could get us we were impressed. He was friendly, thorough and very professional in his explanation of the financing process. He was sensitive to our need to not waste a lot of time in the process also as we were on our way to an important softball game for our daughter.
The car is awesome, the service was awesome. We are very happy and recommend NW Mini to everyone.

My Review of Northwest MINI:
We had just purchased a 2009 JCW for my husband and were looking for a Countryman for me. I was getting ready to special order one when I happened to look through Northwest Minis inventory. They had one that I thought was pretty close to what I was building online. I contacted the dealership and Will Sheen promptly responded to my email and sent me the printout of everything that was on the car. It had everything I was looking for plus some extras and the price was within our range. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to.

After a couple more emails and phone calls (the longest conversation was talking about my husbands JCW), we made arrangements to go and pick up the car. Since we live 4 1/2 hours from the dealership I was expecting the typical long, drawn out car buying process (like the one we just experienced the week before at the dealership where we purchased the JCW). This ended up to be anything but. My car was ready and waiting for me in the front of the dealership (with my name in the window - loved that) and while Will was finishing up with his other customer, we looked around the Parts area and were assisted by Bob Arnhold. He was very friendly and helpful.

We also talked to Bert Senon in service about a couple questions my husband had on his JCW. Bert quickly checked to see if they could fit us in that day for the computer update, which they did - and took care of everything. He also printed out a list of all the extras that were on the JCW. Bert certainly went above and beyond to help us.

Diane Steeves was the next employee to brighten our day with her smile and professionalism. She had all of our paperwork printed and ready to sign and informed us of a couple warranty options for my husbands car.

All in all, it was a long day of driving but the top notch level of customer service we received in all departments made it completely worth the trip!

My Review of Northwest MINI:
Will Sheen had been working with us for over a year. We had been saving up to order my car. He has been very helpful with everything. He is always available to answer any questions or look up anything for me. His friendly attitude made it very easy for me to buy a car. He is never a "pushy car salesman". I don't even think he could be that way. He knows that the Mini Cooper's sell themselves. They are so much fun to drive. Our finance lady, Diane was so very helpful. She made he paperwork go so easily. She is awesome! Overall, the experience at NW Mini was awesome. They always have us pull our Mini right up in front. They always make us feel welcome to come in no matter what. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Will!

My Review of Northwest MINI:
I have been thinking about a MINI for several years.
I went to NWMINI for information and to drive one. The sales experience was comfortable. They did not try to sell me on the first visit. Brad, Will and Tim were all friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They went on several test drives and answered many questions.

The deal experience was smooth, unpressured and without a lot of back and forth.

The car is a blast to drive; Brad has called since the sale to see how we were doing.
That is great customer care.

I would by another car from this group.

My Review of Northwest MINI:
Northwest MINI is everything that I did not expect in my car buying experience. Friendly, caring, and most importantly, no pressure.

The staff is well-versed in their product. There was not a question I could think of that was not answered to the fullest capacity. Brad and Will, my motoring advisors, were patient with me in my first new car buying experience. If I had to do it all over again, I would!

Thank you, NW MINI for putting me in my dream car, and having fun while doing it.
