My Review of Rapid Chevrolet Cadillac:
I was pleased with our purchace and all the different options Willie showed us in vehicles. He worked with us very diligently as we were looking for a differnet vehicle and he listened to what we wanted and worked very hard at showing us the difference in options as my husband and I had different opinions on what vehicle we wanted.

My Review of Rapid Chevrolet Cadillac:
We have been looking for a extended cab or crew cab long box pickup for over a year. We were just down in Rapid for some Doctor appointments and decided to stop. Once on the lot we were greeted by Will. We were looking at one pickup when Will located another one on the lot. During that time, matter of 5 minutes, we had another salesman stop and offer to help. We decided to test drive both pickups. We decided on the 2011 2500 HD. We did not have our trade available due to us not planning on finding one. However, Will have very helpfull and gave us a fair estimate-sight unseen. After leaving the lot, we talked to each other and decided to call Will and ask if we could drive the '09 one more time. Will said "No Problem". We redrove it and decided on that one instead. This was a Friday. However, we ranch and needed to talk to our banker first. One Monday, Will called and asked what we had decided and we had to wait to get an answer which took all day Monday. On completing of the sale of the 09, Will done a very good job in getting a gooseneck ball installed with trailer lights. I would definately shop there again. The staff was all very friendly and patient. Chad was in the financial department doing all the paperwork and we got there at 12:00 he waited to take lunch to finish everything up. THEY ARE JUST GREAT!!!!

My Review of Rapid Chevrolet Cadillac:
Phil S.emailed about 20 pictures of an Equinox. This vehicle had exactly what Cathy
wanted in a suv.

Will S.is the type of salesman one likes to buy from. He indicated he would do whatever
it to took for us to purchase this suv and we did.

The overall experience was super.
