Bob Polanek was the Salesman who sold me the Infiniti G37x. Overall my experience buying an Infiniti was amazing. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel that my business was very much so appreciated. Bob was extremely knowledgable and was able to explain all the features of the car right on the dot. His hospitality and overall friendliness is very much well worth my business in the future. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Infiniti whether used or new.

The staff of Infiniti of Clarendon Hills truly deserves an appreciation and acknowledgement for their professionalism, attentiveness and competency - from Erik Eckert -our Sales Consultant, Joe Fruzyna -the Sales Manager, Assad Hamzeh -our Delivery Manager and Bill Harris -the Finance Manager. We felt that they listened to our needs, worked with us in order to get us a good deal and courteously followed-up to make sure everything is in order and that we are happy with our purchase. By far, this is the best dealership experience that my husband and I had in so many years.
Assad is very knowledgeable, courteous and personable. He really takes the time to make sure you understand and patiently listens and answers all our questions. With all the features that Infiniti has, it can be quite overwhelming but Assad helped made it easy to ease in into our new vehicle. Thanks Assad and keep up the good work!
When it comes to dealing with the Finance Manager, I usually encounter a stern and grim personality, not Bill! He was still pretty serious looking but he was also very personable, professional and gladly answered any questions that we had.

My wife was driving the same vehicle (Volvo) for the last 11 years before we bought the JX35 in August. My has the technology changed for the better. We could not have been happier working with this dealer and its top notch staff. Our key contact was Bill Mullarkey and to lesser extent Joe Fruzyna on sales and product side. Bill Harris makes financing a vehicle quick and easy. Expect a high quality product and great service if you work with this dealership team.

From start to finish, a good, solid experience with Infiniti Clarendon Hills. They provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Appreciate their straightforward approach and the candid negotiation process. I think it helped that we had done our research. Good inventory, too. Jeff Walker helped us out and he was friendly, informative and delivered what he promised. I also appreciated that he was extremely responsive to my emails - that was very key. Also kudos to Bill Harris and Assad Hamzeh who were top-notch. Finally, the facilities are clean, modern, and new. Love it.

Our buying experience at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was exceptional. The staff from Sales (Steve Zeiter) to Finanace (William Harris) to the delivery of the car (Assad Hamzeh)were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
