William Calderon at Schaumburg Audi

William, our saleman was very friendly and professional and made our buying a new car experience very pleasant. He paid special attention to what I was looking for with my purchase and not just selling me something they had in stock. He took extra care to walk me through all of the features in my new car so that I could begin using them immediately, even though time ran on after regular working hours were over for the day.

Whether it was service on our 2011 A5 or trading the vehicle in for a new 2013 A4, the entire team at Schaumburg Audi is simply the best. It is the only car dealership in Chicagoland I actually look forward to visiting!

I specially ordered my 2013 Audi S4 from William Calderon. William was courteous and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. He kept me informed of the status of the vehicle until the day I picked it up. At the time of delivery, he explained all the features of the car and invited me for future training if needed. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Found Audi S4 on autotrader.com and contacted the dealer and William Calderon called me the very next day. He was very patient, accommodating and helpful in answering all my questions. Since I am from STL, MO all communication was via emails/calls. Very professional in handling everything. There was absolutely no wait time when we were at the dealership. William came up to us and introduced himself and led through all the paper work answering all questions.
I highly recommend this dealership and William Calderon.

I enjoyed working with William Calderon with regards to my new Audi purchase – as he was sincere and demonstrated sense of trustworthiness as he consulted me with the value of the current lease I obtained. It is human nature to be somewhat skeptical when it comes to dealing with an auto purchase/lease– but based on a few personal and professional factors William shared with me I felt confident that I made the right decision in selecting Audi Schaumburg as my dealership and vehicle of choice. I also thank Dan Jigalov for finalizing the lease and providing me with the most efficient lease possible. Both gentleman were a pleasure to work with – I walked in as a first time customer and walked out (with my Audi) believing I was going to become a long term customer. william gave an excellent review of the cars features.he was
plesant and professional. the showroom was clean and quite.
my only 2 complaints , the cup holders are too small and for a luxury brand the keychain is cheap looking.

William the sales man had been really heplful in the whole purchsing process. William had taken his time in explaining everything to us, even though we did not have an appointment. Overall the puchasing experiance was great.
