I had been in contact with this dealership for over 4 months on one particular vehicle. Willie kept me posted on everything he knew about the vehicle and delivery dates. When the vehicle was finally delivered, I was there the next morning, remarkable considering I live 1100 miles away. I could not be happier with the service this dealership provided. I would buy a car from them again, tomorrow.

Purchasing our new vehicle from Lake Norman was easy and pleasant. We have dealt with a number of dealerships over the years but none rank as high as Lake Norman in customer satisfaction. The sales and finance teams are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, their features and their available service offerings. We had been to the dealership twice previously without purchasing a vehicle but were treated with dignity and weren't pressured into making a decision thta wasn't right for us at the time. We knew when we did get ready that Lake Norman would be the dealership we would visit to make our purchase. Willie is by far one of the most knowledgeable sales people we have met and "pushy" simply isn't in his vocabulary. Refreshing! We couldn't be happier. AND!!! We Love our new Jeep Cherokee!! Wonderful vehicle for the money!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I was here in service with Terry Naranch for my wife car. I was greeted by Willie Brown and was just looking at the new 2011 Dodge Chargers. I was very impress with his knowledge of his product and presention. He wasn't pushy as sale people can be, as we all know. He was nice enough to take the time to show me the car as well as test drive. Which is the best thing about it? Many people in customer service don't take the time or know their product to ensure a customer who is just looking into a buyer. I will be buying my car from him and only him. I purchased a new 2011 dodge charger. I was referred to Willie by a friend...and he did not disappoint. He worked with me to get the loan done at the terms I needed. When the financing got a little challenging Jack stepped in to help see the deal thru. This was impressive to me because Jack is the owner.
