Once we brought our jeep on Thursday we were so pleased and extra satisfied with our customer service we come back Friday to browse for my wife a car. But this time he made us feel like family.We told him what we were looking for and a what we needed and again he delivered. Because we were not able to finish and contact the necessary loan companies he said first thing in the morning I will have some numbers for you. First new car, fast, painless, no pressure environment. I got Willie's business card through a mutual friend, and within a few hours of my email, Willie called me. I work in retail so the hours are crazy and Willie worked over the phone to make sure that my financial was in place before I ever set foot in the dealership as I was on a tight schedule the next day. I arrived that morning before they actually opened and looked around, disappointed that I didn't see the Dart I had looked at online! I was in for a pleasant surprise when I found out that Willie had taken it to the detail department the night before because he wanted it to be in the best condition to show it to me. While I didn't buy that one, (I found an Orange one I liked better) the amount of thought into that was what sold me on Willie. I bought the car, and they promptly checked in on me, and continue to, even through some minor factory cosmetic issues. I met with Cory in the finance department and he was nice to work with as well, he was quick, precise, and straight to the point, which I enjoyed. I would recommend this dealership, and I will continue to shop here for many years to come. More

I BOUGHT MY 6TH CAR! I'M A LIFER! I know it's a long story, but hang in there, it has so many positive items that, if you're wanting to buy a car you will know that Lake Norman CJDR is I know it's a long story, but hang in there, it has so many positive items that, if you're wanting to buy a car you will know that Lake Norman CJDR is THE BEST DEALERSHIP ANYWHERE! Last Friday I'm driving home from work and decided to stop by the dealership and see if I can find a car I might want. Wandered in and bumped into Maggie. She's always been my friend so I decided, what the heck, show me a car! While looking I said to her, "well, do you have convertibles?" and of course she took me right away to the Chrysler 200 Touring Convertible. OMG I fell in love with that car right away. I immediately told her I wanted to buy that car. Now I thought, well, it'll take a few days to get it the way I want it, but guess what? They gave me exactly what I asked for on the trade-in for my PT Cruiser, and they priced the car exactly where I wanted it, and financed it at the pay rate I asked for!! Now how on earth can a dealership do all that? Oh, yes, this is my 6th car I've bought from this dealership, mainly because I have always enjoyed being with Jack and his wife Robin, along with the service team, parts team, admin team and their sales team. I have to say our entire family loves Lake Norman CJDR! So, it took exactly one hour to get a new car! Yes, only one hour. I came back in on Saturday for about 15 minutes to sign all the financing paperwork, and enjoyed being there again with all the nice people working at the dealership. I've had 6 cars now, and LN CJDR has maintained the previous 5, worked on them, fixed them, and kept them all running and staying tuned up. I've not taken my cars to any other place as I know that LN CJDR has the technical ability, along with the fantastic friendship, better than any other dealership in the entire United States. How can I know that? When I moved here it was my 11th relocation and I've lived all over the country, before this I never had such a wonderful and friendly dealership. Jack and his wife Robin have set up a fantastic business, and I'm always emailing and texting them. So, in my opinion this is the best dealership I've ever encountered. More

However, it had nothing to do with the service I received from Willie Brown in the Internet Department. I was looking at a '14 Dodge Challenger. I live in SC, and I have been looking for a new car at more dealerships and online than I can count. Willie was, by far, the best Salesman I have dealt with in a very long time. Willie and I handled everything via email. I sent him my trade information, along with my payoff, and he was able to give me an honest assessment of my situation. Willie was up-front with me regarding my situation with negative equity and the down payment needed. Because of my situation, Willie took the time to present me with a couple options, even the possibility of a new Ram Truck (much more incentives/discounts). Willie worked with me via email for over a week trying to put something together. After a lot of consideration, and several emails, we decided to wait another few months and try to put something together at that time. It was very refreshing to deal with someone that actually listened to my situation, and took the time to try to find the best possible outcome for me. Whenever you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend that you give Willie Brown a call. More

This dealership rocks! I have never had a more positive experience than what I just had with Lake Norman Jeep. From the initial thought of trading my 2008 Jeep in for a 201 I have never had a more positive experience than what I just had with Lake Norman Jeep. From the initial thought of trading my 2008 Jeep in for a 2014, the work to help me make the deal did not stop. I was texting/emailing with Willie Brown on a Friday night at 10:00 weighing my options, made an appointment to see him on the following Sunday and had myself a new Jeep by that afternoon. I had emailed the necessary documents to him and Christina before I even made the trip from Rock Hill to Lake Norman which meant by the time I came in for the appointment, the financing was done. What a great group of people to work with and because we had a puppy and had to bring him with us, the dealership was even pet friendly and let us bring him in with us :) Thank you Lake Norman Jeep for all of your help and making the experience a happy one!
