My Review of Suburban Volvo Palm Beach:
I have taken my car to several dealers over the years, and the only one I would recommend is the one where Yovonne Felix is working. He is kind, professional, and extremely helpful, and above all else, he has integrity. Every time I bring my car to Yovonne, I know the work will be done quickly, accurately, and for a reasonable price. I used to be a Honda man, but the last three cars I bought were from Saturn of West Palm Beach, all because of Yovonne. Now he's at Suburban Volvo. Maybe my next car will be a Volvo. :)

Everytime i come in to get my car service Mr Yovonne Felix is always there take care of me and my cars need thank you for having people like Felix working there and taking care of the people the way they should be taking care off i would not go anyware els and i drive about 16 mil to get my care service there at Suburban Volvo Palm Beach thank you

we weren`t satisfied with our original dealer (Delray Beach, Fl.), so we searched
and found 'Suburban Volvo'.
this is our second visit, and many more in the future, thanks to Mr. Yvonne Felix, Service consultant.
Mr. Felix is approachable, dependable, knowledgeable...
At first visit he welcomed us as if it was his home, so it was on the second visit (yesterday),and we are looking forward to see

My Review of Suburban Volvo Palm Beach:
I've been taking my 2006 V70 to Suburban Volvo for 5 years and have always been satisified with the quality of work done on my car. I have seen improvement in the level of service that I have received, and my latest experience with them (9/1/11) couldn't have been better. Yovonne Felix went the extra mile to call and keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle and, because of inclement weather, offered to let me keep the loaner vehicle over night and pick up my car the next day. I would highly recommend Suburban Volvo Palm Beach for purchase and service.

My Review of Suburban Volvo Palm Beach:
Yovonne Felix was my service rep at Saturn of West Palm Beach. When Saturn was discontinued I was concerned about where I could get good service. I can tell you horror stories about bad service from some dealerships.

When I heard that "my guys" were now at Suburban Volvo I was relieved to know that there is a place where i can get my car serviced without worry.

I followed Yovonne Felix, Service Consultant Extraordinaire to
Suburban Volvo and had my L300 Saturn serviced ! His professionalism, dedication
to his customers and communication skills are outstanding!Yovonne put me in loaner car, an 2011 S80 Volvo. I told him they could have my L300 Saturn, and I would keep the S80,but the offer was declined. After driving the S80 , fell in love with it, wanted it but knew it was out of my reach.$$

He told me that purchasing my Next car should be at Suburban Volvo of West Palm Beach. WOW, what a friendly and professional service department. I decided to buy a new car. I had a stomachachejust thinking about it!Yovonne referred me to check out the awesome Suburban Volvo website!
