I appreciate the price up front policy. Purchase was efficient and easy. All employees were pleasant. The cars are kept undercover out of the weather. Dealership is well located for a good test drive. Clean building and restrooms. If you want a Honda go to Wilsonville.

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

I had totaled my car and was looking for a new vehicle, I went to the Honda dealership because I wanted to test drive a Civic, the staff was very helpful, they weren't pushy and I felt like I was visiting family that they wanted me to get the best car for me, not just sell me a car. I would definitely go back to them and recommend them to my family and friends.

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

Chris was very personable very friendly, knowledgeable about all features of the vehicle. Could answer all of our questions. He was very patient with us and we really did not feel any pressure in any way to commit to buying a vehicle then, there and now.

The only real disappointment we had was when we finally decided on the features and color of the vehicle we wanted they did not have one on their lot and could not locate or trade for one in the area. So we ended up ordering from the factory. We expected a 6 to 8 week wait but we were pleasantly surprised to have it arrive in about 3 weeks which was perfect timing given the time it required to shop and and secure a loan. I should mention that we got a much better loan rate on our own than the one that was quoted to us through the dealership.

All in all our experience with Parker Johnston Wilsonville Honda was very good and we are looking forward to a satisfying business relationship with them in the future as our primary service and care provider for our vehicle.

My Review Of Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda:

I had a great experience yesterday at this dealership.

I was having a long day -- driving a truck up from California with my trusty old car in tow. My car had bitten the dust while I was on a desert vacation...

I looked for prices on the internet and found that Wilsonville Honda had what I was looking for at an excellent price. I called the dealership and spoke with Zac Dreyer -- it turned out that my car of choice was at an even lower price than I thought! Zac answered my insomnia-addled questions patiently and honestly and assured me that a trade-in would go smoothly.

I met with Chris Nething at the dealership 3 hours later. I felt absolutely no pressure from Chris to buy up on a vehicle or features. He presented these options to me quickly, took note of my disinterest, and introduced me to my new car. Chris was careful to be honest with me about the trade-in value of my car and made sure that I understood the process. I had an idea that I probably wouldn't get much due to the beating that I had given it over the years, but I appreciated his sensitivity -- and I was impressed that I got anything for my old car at all!. As an emergency nurse, I am used to people BS'ing me - I know what it looks like -- Chris is no BS. He's actually a really nice person with some interesting stories to tell (which helps pass the time -- buying a car takes time!). Chris knows his stuff and clearly cares about his job and the customer -- I find this mix of qualities to be rare in sales these days. Good to see!

I shook hands with Chris' boss, Hugo Moguel, and noted throughout the day that he appeared to provide his employees with a fun, calm work environment --I like to see this in any business that I am working with.

Trevyn Ashley handled my financing (0%!). He was warm and efficient and (as seems to be the trend at this dealership) did not give me a feeling of pressure when the service upgrade options were presented to me by his friendly associate (can't remember his name -- not listed on this website -- sorry man! -- I was REALLY tired!).

The dealership's non-negotiation policy was refreshing. I usually enjoy a good haggle, but I like a low price to start off even more. I did my homework (I had been considering a new car for a while) -- for my model of choice, I could not beat their prices.

Over-all excellent experience!
