Excellent service, professionalism and expertise.
We were out on a cold Saturday morning, early i might add, Zach was willing to freeze with us and find what my wife wanted, he got us out the door in time for the kids games as well.

I came in to trade my vehicle. Everything was very simple and no hassle. I was in and out in a decent amount of time. The car I wanted was not on the lot and so it was located and brought in from another dealership, out of state, withen 2 days. Zach Buehrer was wonderful!

Zach was a very professional presenter of our car, a new 2021 Passat TDI. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the car were obvious to Sue and I immediately. it was a pleasure working with him!

I came to Bud Brown in hopes of purchasing a car that I saw online and the sales staff made the process very easy and straight forward. Although the model I purchased wasn't a VW, Zach was very knowledgable about the car and did a great job of answering all questions my wife and I had. We traded a car in and I felt that both Zach and Jesse put forth a lot of effort to make sure that we received a fair valuation for our car and did a great job of getting us to a trade difference that my wife and I felt very comfortable with.

All in all it was a very smooth and productive car buying experience.

After finally deciding to buy a new VW Diesel from Bud Brown,I found Zach was a great help in helping my wife understand the benefits of Diesel over petrol engines. He was also extremely knowledgeable in the setting up of the car to my particular specs. I now know that I can go back to him at any time should I need further assistance.

I was in need of a new vehicle and I had an outstanding experience with the staff at Bud Brown VW. Other sales people helped to entertain my 3 yr old while my wife and worked with our sales advisor. We test drove numerous cars and Zach knew the pros and cons of each. My sales advisor, Zach Buehrer, is close in age to myself and my wife, so there was an instant connection in terms of what we were looking for in a car. The entire staff was extremely friendly and did whatever they could to help us select the best car for our budget and overall needs. The price was second to none. I would say there was no haggling on the price. We talked about price, and Zach and the finance manager came back with a price, and collectively we adjusted it. The whole negotiating process took a max of 30 minutes. My initial phone car asked if they still had the car because the price was incredible. I told them when we would be there the next day and they had it waiting for us. The dealership is a bit farther away than a competing dealership, but I will take my car to Bud Brown. The service manager has a long history with VW and I trust Kelly to tell me what is what. Overall from the initial meeting to driving away with our car, the experience was exceptional.

We loved dealing with Zach! He gave us the facts and the "need to know" stuff. I am a tough sell and I felt comfortable walking out of there that day with a brand new car. Great job Zach, we love our new Golf TDI! you earned our loyalty!
