I've purchased 4 vehicles from him over the last few years (referred several friends too) for several reasons: honesty, highly competent & provides a hassle-free customer experience. No other dealership treats its loyal customers better and they reciprocate with a consistent high level of service, reasonable trade allowances & fair prices. Zach was a wonderful salesmen and didn't stop until he could supply me with the car that would best suit my families needs. He was great to my son that came with me that night to purchase the car. He offered soft drinks, ect. And while I was speaking to Olivia, he let my son watch movies on his phone. He took the car outside and washed it after car wash hours and helped me load up my new vehicle. He also hand washed my car for me when I came back 2 days later to bring the title to my trade in. I have no complaints at all. Everything was done very quickly. Zach even helped me install my bluetooth, ect. He stayed after his normal work time for 3+ hours later the night of the sale. I would recommend Zach and this dealership to anyone looking to buy. All I have is positives.

We purchased our vehicle from Glenn Hyundai because we purchased our last vehicle there and was very pleased with the Sales staff. Additionally, the Service Department exceeded our expectations when servicing our last vehicle for routine maintenance.

On our most recent visit to Glenn to purchase our new vehicle, we worked with Greg Elliott from the Sales Team. He was very pleasant to deal with. He listened to what we wanted and was very helpful in meeting our needs. We also worked with Liz from the Finance Team who was very nice and efficient in her job.

We have our 2007 GMC Acadia serviced at this dealership. Service and people have always been excellent. We bought a new 2013 Tucson this past week and the entire purchasing, financing, etc. could not have been any easier. What nice folks. We are planning on purchasing another car soon. Both Gregg and the sales manager were great to work with. I got the car I wanted at a fair price. Greg patiently walked me through the Blue Link system and the navigation package and I left feeling confident and pleased.

Appreciated Bill Matthew's candor and frankness. Also appreciated his not being a typical (or at least what I think is a typical car salesperson - pushy, wants you to make a decision immediately at that time, calls repeatedly etc.) car salesperson. Promptly and courteously answered all my questions. Met me and my wife at agreed upon dates/times. I have certainly enjoyed my Hyundai so far in the five days I've had it and look forward to many happy days as well. Thanks Bill!

I had previously bought a Hyundai at Glenn's and was very pleased with that experience, so I went back because I expected the same treatment. I was pleasantly surprised that my experience this time was even better! Donovan, the salesman who helped me, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I have been buying cars since 1970 and this was the best buying experience I've ever had! I will definitely recommend Glenn's to anyone who asks.

From the minute I pulled up to the service garage until I drove out, everyone was friendly, efficient and communicated all that was being done on the car. The waiting area is large with comfortable seating, free drinks (non-alcoholic), coffee and a large TV. Casey informed me there was a problem with a tire, showed me the problem, and the technician was kind and switched the tire free of charge. Walked out with a bill less than $35!
