Bob, Zach, and Bob were great! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were friendly, willing to answer all questions and listened to what is was that you wanted. Buying a car can be intimidating. Not with them, they make you feel right at home with no pressure. They were just all around awesome. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a toyota. I love my new Toyota Camry Hybrid! You guys ROCK!

We had a really great experience leasing our 2013 Toyota Venza at Rockingham Toyota. Like most people, my husband and I just went by to "take a look" because the existing lease on our Camry was approaching...but thanks to friendly customer service, good vehicle selection and fair deals, we left with a new car!! We really appreciate Bob C. and Zach working with us to match us with the perfect car, while understanding and staying within our budget!! Even on a busy President's Day weekend everyone at the dealership made us feel comfortable and important, and Bob took the extra time to really explain the features in the car, and sync my bluetooth!!! Couldn't be happier that our browsing turned into buying!!

I had been getting online quotes from Jaffarian and Rockingham Toyota. Both were good offers and went to visit Jaffarian first. I had a horrible experience there and felt I got the run around and lots of game playing (see review). I then went to Rockingham with my husband and had a totally different experience there. We met Terry Wong , online quotes and he brought over salesman Nelson Pena. Nelson is very personable and we didn't get that phony dealer act. When going over the quotes , the offer I had in my phone was a little higher than what I remembered from an earlier email but I couldn't find it. The price was for a 4 cylinder but I wanted the 6. Terry came out of his office with the original quote and gave the price quoted . They gave me Kelly Blue book for my Honda pilot with no hassle and gave us a rebate , great interest and a great price for the Venza!!! Bob Lasher in finance was extremely friendly and helpful and went over all the small print with us . Very open and honest about the offer. We were extremely happy and surprised at how easy and honest the deal went through . We felt like we were working with honest people who wanted to get us a car and make us happy!. I feel 100% happy with the deal we made there and will go back to them again and again. I have been telling everyone about the great service at Rockingham Toyota!

This was our first time at this dealer. I will say that this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the cars and he worked with us without being the least bit pushy to get us in a car that we liked at a very good price. I found this dealer on the internet and the responce I received was quick and informative, so kudos to the internet team also. Another person that impressed me was the finance officer he was polite, down to earth and also worked his magic to a point that I was extremely happy with the finance of this vehicle. Even though I am 45 minutes awat from this dealer I will make this my dealer of choice and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Rockingham Toyota was competitive on price, which got me in the door. They were courteous and our sales person was knowledgeable. It also appeared that their service manager was friendly and very sharp when it came to the technical side of things. During the buying experience, the employees we interfaced with made my wife and I aware of additional options and warranties, but never pressured us. In closing, the price they promised us, was the price we got. I have been to the dealer once since and it was a pleasant experience. Good luck in your car shopping. I definitely recommend Rockingham Toyota.

I went to this dealership first because I was interested in the Toyota Venza ,either to buy or lease
After taking this car for a test drive I decided I was definitely interested
I discussed the financing with Bob Copley and decided that a three year lease was my best option.
Thanks to Bob and John I was at the dealership to pick up my new car ,with the remote starter that
I wanted on the next day . I have had the car for over two weeks now and I am delighted with it

This was the first time that me and my husband had an enjoyable experience in buying a vehicle. Jennifer was very pleasant and helpful. As was everyone that we dealt with in the dealership. We were very pleased and we got what we wanted. We would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone that was buying a used or new vehicle.

This is the 4th Toyota that I have leased. Each and every experience has been very painless. This last experience, which envolved, Marcus (sales manager), Zachary (product consultant) and John (Finance) was exceptional.

This dealership has always shown much professionalism as well as a friendly experience.

Also, past experience with the service department has always been efficient, time honored, knowledgeable, and for a woman is a breath of fresh air.

Zach was especially attentive to my wants and needs. If he was given training through Toyota, you should be happy that you have such a fantastic result.

I just rec'd a call making sure that everything was OK, and asked if there was anything that he could help me with.

I wish I needed another vehicle, because I would surely look him up.

I needed a ride back to the dealership once my car underwent very expensive repairs that took longer than anticipated. Matt was extremely professional, friendly and a good driver-avoiding high traffic areas on a busy Friday afternoon and making pleasant conversation on the ride. He also expressed sympathy with my need for expensive repairs which I appreciated. Kudos to this young man for making the car repair experience a bit more pleasant.
