This was the first (and so far the only) time we have purchased a vehicle out of state or over the internet. It could have been a bad experience, especially with long distance (not meeting the dealer in person or test-driving the vehicle). But our sales rep, Zac Sarna, made it a very pleasant and easy transaction! He was extremely helpful, honest, and responded quickly to our many questions.

In addition to top-notch service, we were pleased with the amount of in-depth description and number of high-quality detailed photos displayed on Suburban of West Michigan's website. It showed exactly what we wanted and needed to see.

I purchased my last vehicle from this dealer when they were a Saturn dealer. I was very pleased with the deal and their service department that I went back to purchase a second. Even though they are no longer selling new cars, I found them to be as professional and easy to deal with as when I purchased my first.

I would highly recommend them not only when purchasing a vehicle, but for service as well.

My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
In doing a price comparison for the vehicle I bought I could not find any better deal in a 100 mile radius. I also received a better finance offer from this dealerships lenders than I had at other dealers. (only .5% but still better) I did all the financial information and worked out the offer over the phone before even seeing the vehicle. (note, I already had test driven the kind of car I bought and knew exactly what I was looking for) They told me the car was in excellent condition inside and out and when I arrived to test drive the vehicle it was exactly as described. A few minor scratches but nothing that was of any significance. (note: car was used with 36,000 miles, so some scratches were expected) While working out financial information on the phone before I had given any assurance I was going to buy; the car I was interested in was sold; Zach, the sales consultant went out of his way to call his manager at night after hours to find another car with fewer miles to sale to me for the exact same price. While filing out the financial paperwork to finalize buying my vehicle my 2 children and wife were taken to an extremely nice waiting area with cookies, drinks, tvs, and crayons to keep the children occupied. The financial process was quick and simple. Everything was explained without any secret fees added to the car price. The sales people do not work on commission and the prices of the cars are marked as low as possible in the first place. This alleviates pressure over haggling over price and you know you are receiving a good deal while the dealer receives a set income on every car they sale. I would recommend that anyone should buy a car at Suburban of West Michigan.

Even after the sale/deal complete they were very willing to help me out. They gave me a loaner car no hassel so they could fix a dent in the bumper of my new car as part of the deal. Awesome. My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
This was the MOST pleasant experience I've ever had in purchasing a used vehicle. Initially was interacting with Zach over the internet and he provided every thing I needed to make the decision to make the 120 mile drive to the dealership and purchase the vehicle. Since we were unable to complete the transaction that weekend, they delivered the car to me a few days later. Love the car, love the price, love the service. Outstanding experience!
