This is the third Tundra that I have leased from Zach. I do it because of the exceptional service I get from Zach. I live in Indiana and I can arrange the lease over the phone, drive to Wilde, and there is never a suprise. I'll be back when this lease ends...for sure!

My Review of Wilde Toyota Scion:
Very positive experience. When I came in I saw the used car dealer who actually helped me decide that a new car was a better deal for me as a college grad when he could have easily convinced me to buy used. He then passed me onto Zak who was great. I never felt like he was tricking me into anything which was refreshing for a car salesman.

I do hate getting the spiel from the Finance person cause it always feels like they are trying to tack on extra expenses at the end.

I worked with Zak to purchase a new Prius by trading in my older model. Zak was very easy to work with, personable and consistent with his communication. The price was great. My payments actually decreased. Zak really knows his product. Some of the features in the new Prius are different, and he ably explained them all. At no point was he pushy or condescending. I never was treated like the "girl" in the car shop. I would definitely work with him again.

We were uncertain of whether we wanted a new or used vehicle or even any vehicle. Zak was super patient with us throughout all 4 visits!!! Never any pressure or salesman attitude. He offered us the ability to test drive different vehicles based solely on the color, crazy! Financing was easy and our rate was great, right in line with offerings from local banks. I love my new RAV4.

This high rating I gave was simple! I have never been to a dealership and felt more at home. Working with Zac, Lauren and Jeff was a real pleasure. I feel comfortable with the price I paid for my new truck and with the trade in allowance I received. So Mr. Wilde, (if that is your real name). You can rest assured that you can be proud of the proficiency of you sales and finance staff. I think they are few good men who I would be proud to have work for me. That being said it is now my turn to rate you sir. The next time I come in I would like to see a hot dog vendor, popcorn machine, free soda and an organ grinder and little monkey for my entertainment.

My Review of Wilde Toyota Scion:
I rated Wilde and Zak high because of the awesome experiance I had buying my new Tacoma. I shopped 3 different dealers and Zak was by far the most knowledgeable. I Knew the first day I met him, I wanted to buy from him even if the price wasnt lowest (within reason). The policy of having Truck experts is really smart and I was impressed that I walked out with every single question answered in contrast to the other dealerships which only offered answers to what they viewed as the standard girl shopper questions. I love my new truck and have no buyers remorse. Thanks Zak!
