Zaneta Boryka at Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep

Enjoyed my buying experience with Zaneta and Jeff. I got the vehicle I wanted for a fair price. Competence was on display throughout. I'm now looking forward to a long service relationship with this dealer.

i enjoyed my experiance. the sales woman was very friendly and was very accomodating to my needs. she worked with me and provided a great explanation of what was happening. we had some issues with the insurance company but was able to work through them with zaneta. i recommmend papas to anyone in the market for a new car. my only comment would be make the waits less while the sales and management are talking to eachother if possible.

Zaneta was our salesperson. My wife has been car shopping for some time. She has been to many dealerships from executive jeep, branhaven, Gengras. She always came back to Papa's. When the time came for us to purchase a Jeep Cherokee Zaneta explained with great detail the adtvantages of purchasing a newer vehicle. With all the information we recieved from Zaneta we both agreed that purchasing a new vehicle was the best option for us. Papa's Jeep gave us a great experience to buying a vehicle. We will be using the service department over my brother-in law and will refer all of our friends that will be in the need of a used/new vehicle in the future.Keep up the great job. Salespeople that make a customer feel comfortable , and make a customer feel that the salesperson is an honest person is very important to us and I'm sure to many other potential customers. Zaneta was one of the best cars sales representatives we have encountered. My husband hates the high pressure sales and the lack of trust he feels when shopping for a new vehicle. Zaneta patiently answered all his questions without the harsh sales pitch. This did the trick. Even if he has found another vehicle at another dealer, he would have bought from Papa's because of how comfortable he felt buying from Zaneta. Papa's you have a top notch sales representative in Zaneta!

There was no pressure from the sales person or the Finance person. We were able to browse at our own pace and decide what was right for us. They miscalculated an option addition and made good on their mistake.

I came in the other day looking for a Jeep Wrangler, not so much with the intentions of buying because I was on my way to another dealership to look at an 08 wrangler with 50 thousand miles on it for 17 thousand dollars that I had my heart set on. My father accompanied me yesterday to Papa's and Zaneta helped us. She made an excellent, lasting impression on me. She was geniunely friendly, and was excellent in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and more at a more than reasonable price. I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with 11 thousand miles on it and I couldn't be more satisfied. I am literally in love with my car. It's my dream car! The customer service I recieved from Zaneta and Jeff was remarkable. They are both so helpful and geniune. I would highly recommend this car dealership to any of my friends and will do so. I am very pleased I bought my car from Papa's and I would gladly buy another vehicle from them when the time comes. The most awesome car dealership I've ever been to. Great atmosphere, wonderful employees.

I am writing to let Papa's know that their best kept secret is the selling power of Zaneta Boryka. I am the proud owner of 2 Dodge products, that Zaneta sold me, so it only made sense, when my oldest son wanted to by a car, I called Zaneta. Her determination to get my son was evident by her persisentence. My son was able to buy his first car, a 2012 Chysler 200, absolutely perfect! As I've told her, I will always come back to her to purchase my future vehicles. Thank you Zaneta!!

We recently purchased a preowned VW Toureg from Papa's. At first we were disappointed in that they were not willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle and weren't able to secure financing at a rate similar to competitors.

We decided to move forward with the purchase. After the purchase we took the VW to our local VW service department for a saftey inspection. The inspection uncovered a few issues such as the radio on functioning, the rotors needing replacement and an oil leak. I called our sales associate, Zaneta, and she responded immediately and put us in touch with the service department. The customer service from the service department is outstanding and really sets Papa's apart. They took our car in right away and fixed every issue uncovered by the VW dealership. We were thrilled with this as well as the level of service.

Zaneta was also great to deal with - she is extremely friendly and helpful.

Although we felt that the prices are on the high side and were disappointed on the lack of flexibility in price, we would go to Papa's again due to their customer service. I would definitely recommend giving this dealership a try.

Where do I begin. Let's say about 17,500 miles ago when I bought my new 2012 Black Jeep Wrangler (loaded) from John Ward of Papas Dodge. From the moment I went in John showed tremendous professionalism and hospitality. The tour of Papas Dodge, at my request, was thorough and impressive. (love the Diner!) I orderd my Jeep from the factory. It came in early than forcasted, which of course made me happy. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING I expected on the vehicle was there as orderd. John went so far as to rope off the vehicle as a gesture of "Hear it is!" I have been back for oil changes and John hasn't hesitated to come see me. His sense of humor, customer service skills, product knowledge and good nature makes him the best auto sales associate I have ever had the experience to meet. In addition, I met Zaneta through the purchasing process as well. She also impressed me big time. Not just the gorgeous blue eyes but her people and professional skills. They are great.

John, thanks. I won't hestitate to refer family, friends, etc. to you and the Papas Dodge team.
