I have been to this dealership before, and there's a reason that I returned. Their customer service is excellent. I didnt know anybody at Pacifico Ford Ziggy Nozile meet me and made my Purchase of my new ford f-150 King Ranch a very easy experiance I really felt that Ziggy was Helpfull,Courtious and friendly .No matter what questions I asked he was helpfull in answering them,he was also very helpfull after I purchased my F-150.He always had a smile on his face and help me get a very good deal with the price.Thanks Again Ziggy.

Chris was very helpful in explaining my options for the car I eventually purchased. Ziggy took me through the whole process of buying the car and has followed through to make sure I am happy and has answered all my questions. Larry worked the numbers and gave me maximum value for my trade.

I was reffered to Ziggy by a good friend of mine. I just finished school and I live in a rural area of Maryland. Ziggy explained everything to me about the car and was very warm and friendly. This is my first car and this experience was great. I love my 2012 Ford Fusion. I also appreciated the curtosy call to see how I like my car. Initially, I came to Pacifico Ford to have a diagnostic ran on my 2005 Ford Focus. At this time, I had no intentions of buying a new vehicle. While I was waiting for my services to be completed, I decided to browse some vehicles in the lot. Ziggy helped me get a good deal on a trade in for my already owned vehicle along with all the other possible incentives I qualified for. Ziggy is possibly the nicest, friendliest person I have come across ever. He went above and beyond the call of duty to provide me with the services I needed. You can tell he is someone who enjoys helping people and who love cars. I would recommend my friends to work with him in the future without a doubt! He is awesome!
