Horrible treatment to employees in front of customers during customers service appointment . Very Unprofessional will not come back. I worked with Bridgette Berrio, during my service everything that I th during customers service appointment . Very Unprofessional will not come back. I worked with Bridgette Berrio, during my service everything that I thought had gone well just came out to be longer than expected I came in for a SYNTHETIC oil change and I left disappointed with my service. While I was getting my payment processed the kind cashiers made my experience better they helped me out with my billing. They came across an issue of not being able to locate my keys kept checking no luck. Went ahead and asked Bridgette if there was some sort of miss communication the look that was given to the cashiers and response was unbelievable horrible attitude for one simple sweet question. The cashier that was helping me out looked fed up with the responses that were getting given to her. No blame to her at all it gets overwhelming when someone’s job isn’t being done right, leaving others to do someone else’s work. To me that’s horrible not even a little bit of help was given Bridgette stayed doing what she was doing and left them with her responsibility of her own work. Treating other employees rudely infront of a customer just does not sit right with me. More

Unethical. “Unethical shady salesmen”. To sum it up, that was my experience at Bredemann Toyota just an hour ago. I was thrilled to finally get a great deal on “Unethical shady salesmen”. To sum it up, that was my experience at Bredemann Toyota just an hour ago. I was thrilled to finally get a great deal on a Lexus LS430 that I have been after for quite some time. We agreed on an out the door price online, I came in hoping for an efficient and courteous transaction. I was dead wrong. I sat down and handed over the standard identifications like my driver license and proof of insurance. Gene, the salesman taking care of me pulls out a credit application which immediately puts me on alert. We had agreed on a full payment via bank certified cashier check prior to my arrival. Next thing he mentions is that he needs to run a credit report, I ask why. He says it’s regulation that was implemented after 9/11 and part of the Patriot Act. Luckily I had a bit of knowledge on this scam prior to coming and and made it very clear to them that I would not be providing my social security number. Industry experts, including attorneys from both the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA), say that the Patriot Act does not require dealers to run a credit report on customers who pay cash. The Office of Foreign Assets Control requires dealers to screen cash buyers to make sure they are not on a government terrorism watch list. But dealers don't need to run a credit report to satisfy that requirement. Keep in mind that the total I’d be paying for the car would be about 8k which is well within the limit 10k which does not require a comprehensive background check or to be reported to the IRS. The only conclusion I can come to is that they aren’t too happy with someone coming in to buy and not finance and are trying to make this sale as profitable as possible. I will not have a a dealership run my credit and have it take a hit, even if it is a soft pull. That’s the reason for paying upfront right? I left. Gene, called back asking that I come back and pay cash or via wire and miraculously I won’t have a credit check ran. I won’t do business with dishonest people. The manager on duty was rude and dismissive. I don’t understand the high ratings if this is how they conduct business. I’d like to hear a rebuttal when it’s comes to evoking the OFAC requirement that they need a SS number. They don’t, an ID should suffice. More

I will admit my father was more involved during the leasing process, which was my initial visit, but once my lease was up I returned by myself to purchase. I never thought I’d truly enjoy the process of buying a car, but I did. I must also admit, I received a lot of advice and guidance prior to my visit which led me to expect that I would somehow feel taken advantage of or misled at some point of this whole process. I can honestly say I felt the opposite. Gene was wonderful in assisting my dad and me when I leased my Rav4 a few years ago. So much so that I returned for his assistance in my purchase once my lease was expiring recently. He was very patient and extremely helpful with weighing my options to find exactly what I was looking for - which happened to be the same car I leased but in a different color! Tran was also exceptionally wonderful while assisting with the finalization of the purchase. I really felt like he was on my team and did all that he could do to make everything work out the best that it could for me. Overall, not only has my experience with the Rav4 been outstanding, it wouldn’t be at all possible with the outstanding team at Bredemann Toyota. More

Bought a pre owned toyota highlander I found a 2012 Toyota Highlander pre-owned on line Thursday night went to look at it and couldn't of found a nicer salesman to deal with Gene , went I found a 2012 Toyota Highlander pre-owned on line Thursday night went to look at it and couldn't of found a nicer salesman to deal with Gene , went on a test ride on Friday , talked about the vehicle and the price and I went home. Saturday morning I went back to take another test ride Gene Volfson was with a customer so he sent Tom Vosnos over to take me on another test ride after the ride I sat down with Tom and went over everything , He couldn't of been more professional , we came to agreement on the price and I purchased the vehicle, he then turned me over to Jesus Padin who was also very professional , my overall experience with these three gentlemen would lead me to recommend the dealership and these two salesmen to my friends and family without a doubt. More

Great customer service and hassle-free transaction I came here with hopes of an affordable lease on a new RAV4 and I got just that. The price that was figured at the beginning of my visit was in line w I came here with hopes of an affordable lease on a new RAV4 and I got just that. The price that was figured at the beginning of my visit was in line with what I wanted, however we ran into a problem with being able to get it in the color I was hoping for. Gene took the time to walk me out to the lot to make sure I would be okay with alternative colors choices. Fortunately, the alternative color choice turned out to be even more affordable (and much prettier than my original choice)! Overall, a very seamless transaction and I walked out with a better car than I anticipated. More
