Beware! My husband bought me a used car here. Unfortunately, within 4 weeks my car was over heating, broke down and in the service department. Luckily for us My husband bought me a used car here. Unfortunately, within 4 weeks my car was over heating, broke down and in the service department. Luckily for us we thought because we also bought their $4000 “Warranty Solution” five star bumper to bumper warranty. Wrong, after the warranty company paid out over $4000 in repairs they then declined an additional $2000 in repairs because of verbiage. This vehicle needed a new oil pan, thermostat, temp sensor, A/C condenser and radiator. Without a radiator, you do not have a drivable car. The dealership Groove Honda took some responsibility. After weeks of my headache and trying to get in touch with someone at the dealership who would listen. They did pay for the 2K in repairs that warranty would not. However, 8 weeks later my car is still in the service department and we are still without a car. The dealership management Bret and Jeremy are now ghosting us. It is obvious by the amount of repairs that my car needed that they do not inspect their trade ins, only detail them. I gave them $28,000 and all I got was a broke down car. Horrible customer relations. More

Terrible customer service. I bought a used truck that had 2k worth of issues and they told me it was in prime condition with no issues. I spent my entire COVID relief stimulus on the repairs that they should 2k worth of issues and they told me it was in prime condition with no issues. STAY AWAY FROM FREEDOM HONDA AT ALL COST STAY AWAY!!!! HAD TO SPEND $7K OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE AFTER HAVING THE CAR FOR LESS THEN 1 WEEK. FREEDOM HONDA DID NOT COVER ANY EXPENSE NOR DID THEIR STAY AWAY!!!! HAD TO SPEND $7K OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE AFTER HAVING THE CAR FOR LESS THEN 1 WEEK. FREEDOM HONDA DID NOT COVER ANY EXPENSE NOR DID THEIR WARRANTY COMPANY. If I can give a 0 rating I would. I bought a 2012 Audi A4 and immediately began experience problems with the car. Within the first week the car would not start and took it in and they said there was no issues (just so they would get through the hassle-free 5 day return period). I took the car in three times due to the car not starting. Freedom Honda basically accused me of lying and did nothing to help. The following week the car misfired and after having it towed to Freedom Honda they said they could not work on my car and that I had to tow to Audi. After Audi diagnosed the misfire it was found that two exhaust valves had melted and $4k worth of work had to be done. After going back and forth with the dealership warranty company (two weeks in the shop for two separate inspections) and endless conversations with serval claims adjustors, they ended up paying for parts. Within one week my car consumed 1.25 qts of oil and this began a three week process of several systems tests and diagnostics conducted by Audi. I was with out my car for five weeks before Audi deemed that all my pistons had to be replaced. At that point in time and in addition to being without my car for several weeks and having to pay $1500 for the melted exhaust valve parts, not once did Freedom Honda return my calls or provide any type of rental car compensation. Once my car was deemed that the pistons needed to be replaced I went through another two week inspection process with the dealership warranty company. I found out that their inspection was extremely limited and they did everything they could to get out of covering the cost to replace the pistons. Even with piston replacement being considered power train components the dealership warranty company denied the claim and did not pay a dime. I had to pay an additional $5700 for the piston replacement on top of the $1500 exhaust valve parts cost leaving a total of $7200 of out pocket expenses (50% of my loan value). I have contacted Freedom Honda through-out this entire process and they have yet to call me back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SNAKES AT ALL COST!! I have bought over a half of dozen cars and not once have I ever dealt with such a horrible experience. Their dealership warranty is no different from buying a car As-Is and they do not stand by their warranty one bit. I have tried to get in touch with Jeremy Lehrman, Joel Ewing, and GM Bret Petersen and not one has returned my calls. I plan to hire an attorney and report Freedom Honda to the BB since the issue dated back to first day I drove the car off their lot. Josh Rogers More
