Yesterday's service was very professional - I actually arrived early and the women (I forget her name) actually took me early. Also told me (b/c I shared I was in the process of moving) that if I needed arrived early and the women (I forget her name) actually took me early. PamCrisufilli went above and beyond to take care of me and my car.sincr I had a stroke and car had broken down she told me how to get my car to the dealer. Ann went above and beyond to get me an apt. I called late on Thursday night and got an appointment for early Friday morning and was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me. The valet did an amazing job with me. i was super early because i had to go work. he took me promptly. Once I got in, Pam checked me. She explained the repair to me and made sure I got the best pricing Both Ann and Pam were very accommodating and worked with me to get this repair done before I drove my car in an 7 hour ride to visit my family for Christmas.
