I have two Toyotas because of Rhonda. I feel Rhonda is trying to help me keep the best care of my automobiles and save me as much money as possible in a fair way. Have visited many car dealerships in central Florida area. None can compare to our experience at Phillips Toyota. From sales with AJ - really knows the products and is upfront – no game playing, went out of his way to make sure we got what we would be happy with… to Tonya in the service department-worked hard to make things happen to fit our crazy busy schedule. Both of these staff members were A+. Even those we had no dealings with us were friendly and ready to help. The interchange between staff was fun to watch. They really seem to enjoy their job.
