HI to all the staff at Banks in Concord. Like some people that were getting snow tires off and summer tires on. I am one of these people. In for the change of tires. Sure as usual, Banks was ready. I got there and around 7 am. and got out aroung 9 am. My spare tire had a nail in it, to close to the wall of the tire. I love Bank's. Honest in building relationships with their customers. I have and bought my 2012 Cruz, brand new. I have over 145,000 on it and thanks to Bank's it keeps going.
