What Others Say

Danny, a car salesman, provided us with some of the worst customer service imaginable. Went to this establishment for routine service on a 2016 Dodge Dart. After paying in full & previously confirming that said car was ready for an after-hours pickup, Danny attempted to accuse us of not paying for the previously paid service, did not give us the keys to our car, & tried to defer blame on the dealership's friendly Service Department. This Sales Department took no responsibility of their actions & instead attempted to blame anyone else, but themselves. We will never return to this dealership ever again & wouldn't recommend their terrible service to others!

I can't speak highly enough for this dealership's Service Department!!! I had another Jeep service department attempt to repair our vehicle, they programed a gateway incorrectly and then spent 41 days trying to convince me I had to open an insurance claim and replace wiring harness that would have been unnecessary. It was time to take my vehicle to the professionals. I spoke with Rahim, the Service Manager, for assistance and he put his best service advisor on it. Before we were even done with check-in, Lee had already identified the source of the issue. After the tech's looked at it for a day, they reprogrammed the gateway, cleared the DTC codes, completed the active safety recall, and I drove the vehicle off the lot that night. There were some other maintenance items to deal with but the knowledge and efficiency of this dealership more than made up for the other blundering excuse for a wasted factory trained technician. Lee, THANK YOU!!!!!

Okay i’ve had this review sitting in my drafts for long enough. I would give 1 star but can at least say i am happy they did the bare minimum of what was required by them. where to begin… 2 weeks after buying a used car from here 3 different lights came on on our dash indicating there was something going on with our transmission. after leaving numerous voicemails and never getting a call back (because for some reason the only people who actually answer the phone never have any answers) i ended up having to be stern with them about our issue as it’s ONLY BEEN 2 WEEKS AND WE ARE HAVING TRANSMISSION ISSUES. So leading to us finally being directed to bring the car in, we were still left with no answers as to if they were covering the cost or how long it will be there for. a day and a half after leaving the car back at the dealership (and after multiple calls in to see if we could even afford the costs they haven’t disclosed to us) we finally get through to someone who tells us they will cover it and it will likely be there for a week and we are able to go in a pick up a loaner for the mean time (this is the only reason i’m giving 2 stars). well… we got the loaner and it’s doesn’t have any form of license plates??? or anything???? also squealing brakes??? low tire pressure light is on???? under a quarter tank of gas??? okay the gas whatever, but the lack of knowing if this car is even able to be driven on the road safely before just lending it to a customer?? literally insane the amount of unprofessionalism we have experienced throughout this whole process. i genuinely can’t wait for us to get our car back and just finally be done with them. ***UPDATE*** since we’ve had our car back within a week the same issue came back. they continue to put a band aid on the issue to get rid of us instead of actually fixing the transmission issues this car is having. we are paying for a warranty for a reason, not like it should matter considering we’ve only had the car for 3 MONTHS. i’m so over it. save yourself the time and DONT GO HERE.

Service was quick but got oil stains on the front floorboards - what happened to the paper “protectors” you used to use?

Profesioanls in a down to earth msnner. Treated me like a customer even though I purchased my truck from a different dealership. Provided me feedback prior to moving forward on repairs/maintenance. Job well done.

Every staff member I spoke to was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgable. They option to pick us customers up and drop us off as our car is a valuable service.
