Bought my Vehicle here and have been using their service dept for many years and each time I have a routine or specific issue, I’ve experienced horrible customer service from this SH Service Dept. They tell me to bring it in, they do not offer a loaner and then the vehicle sits for days before they work on it. And it’s every time I bring it in. When I couldn’t drive my car b/c of and issue, Andy said diagnostic tests didn’t see it, but after picking it up, the problem comes bright back. Very frustrating working with Andy and subpar mechanics. Andy is not professional, and needs to be retrained in customer service. Mercedes would be appalled as a brand to know how customers are treated here in this Southampton NY service dept.
Had a warranty issue and after 6 days they still didn’t know when the car could be evaluated. They are too short staffed and don’t get back to you. There must be better dealers who understand the concept of customer service. Without an appointment your out of luck, but what do you do when check engine light goes on. What does a warranty mean. Next appointment is August!! I took the car to my local repair shop who who hooked up their computer and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. If you have a problem with your car and didn’t buy it from Southampton, you better find another dealer.
Andy the manager in the service department is amazing and gives you great feed back regarding your service.
Sal is The MAN!!! made the whole transaction easy and pleasant. Quick easy best price with no stress or aggravation. Anthony the GSM was a pleasure as well. Car was clean and numbers were exactly as promised. This is our sixth Mercedes Benz, but first purchased from Southampton. We will never go anywhere else

Resolved. Front office seems to be overwhelmed but Andy B did step in and help. Not sure what MBUSA must think about how the phones and website are being staffed.
