I had a positive experience with Noah and other people I worked with. My husband and I walked in without an appointment after a long and unpleasant morning at the Toyota dealership. All of my questions about the car were answered. The financing portion of the experience involved signing A LOT of forms, even though I did not finance the car.
Great costumer service. Leo was great as well as the financial department, Kenny. They helped me and got me what I needed and wanted.
Devyn was friendly and responsible. The training on the new vehicle on the date of purchase was excellent. However, I have called back twice and left messages with questions about documents signed with no call back.
Brittany was very helpful and responsive. Trade price they gave me for my vehicle was very reasonable. All in all one of the better car buying experiences have had.
