Knowledgeable, service manager very professional and helpful, Service advisor professional, knowledgeable and honest. Tech figured out long going problem that a previous dealership was not getting figured out without making up problems just to charge me additional money on top of the very expensive previous repair they already costs me and still the problem followed. Heartland Chevrolet properly identified the issue and found resolution for it.

I went to Cable Dahmer first and those people are horrible, told them what I wanted and they tried putting me in something I wasn’t interested in. Called Heartland and spoke to Jeff and it was a breeze.
