What Others Say

Rashard was the best!! He's my man from now on. He's very patient very knowledgeable very positively upbeat and not a pushy salesman. I will be back! Thanks Rashard. Love ya!

The customer service at this dealership is terrible! Having dealt with the service advisors Chad W. and Joe S. while at their Service department I can definitely say that customer service is not their priority. Chad W. became very hostile towards me without so much as even having the courtesy of greeting me, Chad immediately became hostile and aggressive when I approached him about the vehicle that was at their service center, exclaiming that "Nothing is going to happen until I get paid", when the only thing I had requested was to retrieve some information from the vehicle. Seeing how aggressive Chad was becoming I decided to ask for the service manager, to which I was met with great hesitation and a feeling that they were attempting to hide or prevent me from speaking with the service manager. Multiple times I asked to speak to the service manager or if I could get his business card, to which Joe and Chad both exclaimed they did not have such information and if I would like I could find it on the website. With no help from either of the two in regards to reaching the service manager I asked if I could speak with the finance manager, again to which I was given the run around on and apparently no one knew who that was or how I can get in contact with him. After going out into the service lane asking for the service manager I was presented with more questions as to why, who are you and what do you want, it was only then that the gentleman in the hat went the another part of the store and came back with the service managers information. He mentioned that the service manager was not available. I returned to the lobby and while on the phone the service advisor Joe S. Thought it would be a great idea to yell at me while I was having a conversation on the phone in regards to the poor customer service I was receiving at the dealership. Joe S. Thought it would be a great idea to continue to speak over me and raise his voice as I continued with the conversation, apparently he became irrate that I had mentioned the horrible time I was having at this dealership while simply trying to get information from the vehicle. The car could not start and it could not be driven away, nor had I arrived with a tow truck, so there was no way I was leaving with the car. I would not recommend anyone service their vehicles there, and I would highly suggest any technicians find a new place to work because your service advisors are not looking out for your best interest by treating customers in the way they do, this will definitely cause customers to look else where for their service and maintenance needs.

After my 3rd TERRIBLE experience with this dealership, particularly the salesman named Anthony (unverified), I want to share the latest. I was given an offer for my trade online ($41,125), was then called by an appraiser to confirm when she invited me in for making that official. She was sure to tell me there is a good chance I could get more because the computer doesn't generate the exact number and the market is in need of my vehicle. When I arrived, Anthony interjected in our deal (as he usually does) and had the audacity to ask me why he should buy my vehicle for the offer price. He then proceeded to offer me $38,500. Unprofessional, abrasive, offensive, and disrespectful. The dealership should be ashamed to employee someone with such lack of people skills.

It was a pleasure working with Jemay Ward as my sales representative. She was professional and knowledgeable. In addition, she listened to my requests and executed the transaction with ease.
