Buying from Colorado Springs Lexus was a great experience! I received top value for my trade and the pricing was extremely fair. Both Tayler and Angel provided excellent customer service and were able to get my car detailed on the outside to correct some smudging without question. I have never bought a car from them before, but definitely don’t mind passing them on to family and friends.

We have bought Lexus products from this dealership for the past 18 years. We found the sells and service departments received an excellent rating from us each and every time . Our recent purchase of a 2023 Nx350 has experience numerous software failures requiring us to return the vehicle numerous times-total of more than 30 days in the shop .we will once again have to reprogram the vehicle in order to have it fully functional . Unfortunately, we can no longer afford to have this vehicle in service rather than on the road.Its time to think about Replacement for a more reliable Kexus if the software fails again.
I came in for service on Dec. 13, 2023. Robert was very professional and attentive. especially appreciated this technician, he came out of his way to help me to figure out my monitor. Issue. He sure made my day! Love coming to Lexus dealership and I know I will always be taken care of. I would definitely recommend this Lexus dealership to my family and friends.
