I've worked with Mike Mazzaro Jr. of the Service Dept. for several years now and I can attest that you're in good hands with his guidance. He is a very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional person to deal with. He gives you his honest opinion and recommendations and you'll never feel like you were pressured at any time to purchase any services or products that are not truly needed. In fact, he really extends himself to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your experience at Kundert Volvo. It's my opinion that Mike Jr. is an asset at Kundert Volvo.

The main reason for the 5 stars is because of Jay (Jarilton Cruz) from Kundert Volvo Cars of Hasbrouck Heights. Jay is smart, kind, fair, fast, reliable and very knowledgable. Honestly, he's the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. He didn't try to "sell" me and I appreciated that. He went above and beyond for us from taking us to see car options at another lot without any complaints. He got us the BEST deal and we truly appreciated that.I love the fact that he's a straight shooter and very relatable. He ordered us a new key for the roof rack which I lost, put on my new plates and even offered to return the old ones to DMV. Now that is service. I will recommend all of my friends to work with only Jay. He's amazing at his job. He told me to follow my gut with the color and not settle and that's exactly what we did. I'm glad I followed his advice. He's truly the best. Someone give this guy his own dealership! Loved working with him and LOVE our new Volvo.
