I called and spoke to Wendy and told her I would buy the car at the internet price. She failed to follow up with loan rates (to see if they could beat the rate I had already secured) and while I waited on her someone else bought the car 6 hours later. Her manager defended her. I would not recommend this dealership.

Great team with excellent customer service. I have previously owned BMW/Mercedes, and most recently Audi from another local dealer. The Audi Team at Orland Park got me a great deal (beating several other competitors in the area) in the exact vehicle I wanted, and made the process of trading my old vehicles seamless.
