The service was great and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. However, I was not pleased with them not being able to provide the service for the recall of the backup camera. When I called to include it with my appt, I was told that it would be done. It is very disappointing to that they did not have the parts in stock to complete this task.

Love coming here! Everyone is always friendly, considerate, helpful, polite and answer questions very professionally. They let you know what needs to be done and do not do work first.

This is the only KIA dealership I trust. Service staff are honest, knowledgeable, and stay on schedule. They take time to answer my questions and investigate my concerns. They treat me with respect, despite that I'm a woman in their male-dominated industry. And I love that they offer a free car wash after service! While traveling I've been to other places where I've been blatantly lied to and had horrible service (worst was KIA in Newport News, Virginia). So KIA of Charleston, SC is the only one I will go to now! I'm grateful to have them nearby!
