What Others Say

I would not have given them 2 stars if the salesmen weren’t so rude. First I said I was leav if they couldn’t lower the price, unexpectedly, the salesman stood up in a huff, gathered his paperwork and stormed off the sales floor. Ok, no problem, I expected him not to be too happy. I negotiated with a manager and compromised on a price. The salesman returned and graciously started filling out the paperwork. So why the two stars? Read on, it gets better! I walked down a hallway to a room where the salesmen did their paperwork, respectfully knocked on the door to inform my salesman to transfer my trade-in vehicle’s license plate to the new car. The door was opened by another salesman who said ”you’re not allowed in the hallway” and I asked if he would tell my salesman my concern. With an evil grin he repeated himself AND SHOVED ME BACK! Thinking he might be kidding, he repeated himself and was about to shove me again and I said “don’t touch me, and as he aggressively moved towards me I stated several more times not to touch me again! I turned around and asked for his manager and someone said he was and all he said was I wasn’t allowed in the hallway. I did purchase a car from there, but I never will again. BE WARNED!!!!

Just when I thought I couldn't find bigger liars and thieves than Alan Hafner and Kevin Butler, at Blaise Alexander Chevrolet in Muncy, I encountered Kyle Reigle at this Alexander sister dealership. The same truck I reviewed to a copout lie reply on their Muncy Chevy page ( which they told me was sold ) popped up AGAIN on Cars.com, the same place I watched it sit on the Muncy lot for over 100 days and price drop from $61K to $55K. Low and behold, they also raised the price back up to $60K !!! So, I inquired about buying it here at the Alexander Toyota Dealership in Selinsgrove. I was called back by the most obnoxious salesman, Kyle Reigle, who acted like I was bothering him. He made me start the whole driveway valuation process all over again like he /they never heard of me. By his atrocious attitude, I'll bet the two liars from Muncy called ahead, unfortunately, they forgot to pass on that the written quoted trade price for my truck was $54K. Kyle offered me $47K. So in summary, he raised the price of the truck almost $5K and lowered my trade $7K for the SAME EXACT TRUCK !!! LOOKS LIKE YOU STEER CLEAR OF ALL ALEXANDER DEALERSHIPS - THE EVIL SPREADS !!! ps: I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY CUSTOM RAM LICENSE PLATE TRIM STOLEN NOVEMBER 27th, while getting a three hour showroom runaround although I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED THEIR CHEAP PLASTIC ALEXANDER TRIM via USPS ( Tracking Number Available Upon Request ),

I just purchased a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma Pro and the staff was superb! My agent Rob Crews was friendly, courteous and kept me up to date till it arrived at dealership.

Previous Customer at this dealership. Great sales staff. Work with you for a good deal.

I contacted them to ask about the availability of a certain new vehicle that they were listing online. They responded not answering whether or not they had the vehicle I wanted, but instead asking whether I had a trade-in and did I want to finance. I responded no to both, but I did not get an answer about the availability of the vehicle that I wanted. I was later contacted by another person from the dealership. I told him what I wanted and then I was told that they did not have the new vehicle that I had originally wanted. I have since received another message from them asking if they could appraise my trade-in. I already told them I do not have a trade-in. All I want to do is walk in, sign a check, and drive out in a new car but they keep running me around the barn. Looks like bait and switch to me

People want a deposit on the vehicle. I live 1 and a half hours from its location. Asked me to keep checking back to see if sold or not. A scam to get someone to put a deposit down quickly. Typical used car lot with a typical used car salesman.
