When I was 20 in 1983, Jordan Ford in Mishawaka hired me into sales. I had the honor of working directly with "Jordan Kapson" . During my time there I learned a lot from Jordan about Sales and Life. In 1999, working at JD Byrder under Ryan Devoe, I learned to work with folks that have special needs for financing which helped launch me into the next chapter of my career at Bart's Car Stores. I'll never forget being hired in by Ric Moore and Brandon Cretacci, and being placed beside this huge young man David Billman. All 3 taught me so much. David is still a successful Auto Ind. Leader and Ric & Brandon left Bart to start their own Dealerships “R&B Car Company”. In March of 2013, I helped open Concord Cars #4, on the West side of Elkhart.
