Guest Relations Manager
I grew up around my father's RV dealership, and what he preached was two things. "Be humble, be helpful." He wanted me to be humble with anyone that would cross the threshold of the dealership's front door, and once they were there, he wanted me to be as helpful as I possibly could be. I take those two things with me every day I walk into work. I chose the Ferman Family because they shared the same values I do, and that turned a work place into a work destination. I enjoy what I do every day, and when you walk through that front door, I want to go above and beyond to fulfill whatever needs you may have. I don't believe in that high pressure stuff. I think people are more than capable of making decisions on their own, and I'm content with being their guide as they make those decisions to get into a nicer, newer, vehicle.
