The people were great. Manny was very helpful. A little disappointed it took over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. Normally only an hour without the inspection at our old location.

Couldn’t ask for a better buying experience. My salesman, Seth Wright, was great from start to finish keeping me informed of the trucks’s shipping progress from the Kentucky plant. Luis Gonzalez made quick work of the paperwork and wasted none of our time. I was looking for a unicorn and Sam Pack had it! Whoever ordered my truck needs a cold beer or two. I told Seth that when Ford makes a King Ranch F350 in gray I’d drive to Dallas again and buy it from him!
