Once the sales person Bill "C" learned that we had already did our homework in terms of what features we wanted and that we were talking with two other BMW dealers, he gave us the best price of all - no hassles, no mark-ups on BMW-offered finance. As a matter of fact, they went extra miles to find a lower rate from another bank. We ordered the car with the exact features we wanted, and it was delivered a week sooner than promised. The pick-up of the car was also a pleasant experience. The technician was so patient and friendly in explaining the operation of the car, even we did not purchase the extended warranty. More

Unresponsive to my request to cancel BMW Tire Protection I purchased a new BMW from this dealership in August, 2014 at which time I purchased a 5 year BMW Tire and Wheel Protection Policy. I was informed th I purchased a new BMW from this dealership in August, 2014 at which time I purchased a 5 year BMW Tire and Wheel Protection Policy. I was informed that I could cancel the protection policy at any time during the 5year term and receive a prorated refund by simply contacting the dealership Business Manager. Recently, I decided to cancel the policy and I requested cancellation as instructed to the Business Manager. I have sent multiple emails, none of which were responded to. I have now escalated this issue to BMW Corporate for assistance. Each day that goes by without cancellation reduces my refund, so I am very upset at the lack of response by the dealership. I cannot recommend BMW Bridgewater as a result of this poor client experience. More
