The selected vehicle was driven up for our inspection. We drove around the block with the salesperson. We negotiated. We bought the vehicle. And the staff went to work on prepping the car, getting the registration, talking with our insurance carrier, everything. There was a little wait for the special preps and the salesperson and staff were completely amiable. We talked with the owners, general manager, sales manager, business manager - the whole family. And they took our old car and we drove off in our new car completely happy with the whole experience (to say nothing of the zippy new car). More
