Over and Above We have purchased 3 SUV's and 2 sedans from Ray Catena Lexus. At the suggestion of Bernard Tremblay, who was working with a customer, we were initially helped by Bobby Cartas. He showed us several vehicles, arranged the test drive, and started the preliminary sales paperwork. Afterward Bernard continued the process. Bernard has taken care of every Lexus purchase we have made; he has always gone above and beyond to make the process flawless. He is extremely knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles, makes pertinent suggestions that make us confident about our choice, and is wonderfully personable- all making the purchase a pleasant experience. Bernard's attention to detail is outstanding- you can tell he wants his customers to be completely satisfied. Also, I want to mention Dean Tempstick. He owns the same model we purchased, and he spent time with us as well. His hints are greatly appreciated. We find all of the Ray Catena family to be helpful and friendly.
