Great Ford F150 Purchase Experience I needed to upgrade my 2002 Tacoma to increase my trailer towing capacity for a new camper just purchased. Both my wife and I did some exhausting re I needed to upgrade my 2002 Tacoma to increase my trailer towing capacity for a new camper just purchased. Both my wife and I did some exhausting research to determine the correct price point vs features combination and to settle on F150 vs Silverado. I first met Evan in the parking lot early in my search and he listened well to my criteria. After reviewing dozens of trucks on many dealer sites, I returned to GLF because 1) they were close by and 2) had the truck I wanted. I met Evan again and he remember my story and patiently allowed me to go through my decision process. I also needed to negotiate a trade in value for my Tacoma. Evan was great in facilitating all this. Both the cost of the truck and my trade in value were very close to what I expected. Shout out to Jeff L for his assessment of my Tacoma. Jim stepped us though the paperwork and finally detailed the Ford Protection Plan options (which we did opt for). This was a big decision for us and the GLF staff allowed this to be a very good experience. Today I got a follow up call from Evan just to check if I had any questions. We plan to have this truck for a while and have plans to take off across the country. I am glad we established a nice home base. Good job guys !! More
