He sent me a credit application to fill out before I came in and let me know what paperwork I would need to complete the financing, so I was well prepared when I arrived. Loren had picked out the perfect car for me, and did a great job explaining all of its features. Agreeing on a price and the amount to put down was a no-pressure experience. Today we have had worst ever experience with Kyle S. as he showed lot of attitude and there should be some respect needed when you have potential customer in your place. He has used such a crap words where he is trying to force me to buy vehicle,no matter what, and negotiating in price. I believe one thing in Business where one party is making offer and other party feels to accept than there is transaction of Buying/selling anything. It's not that other party has to accept or trying to enforce on customer(One Party).
