Straight Forward Pricing Disclosure The purchase experience was pretty straight forward, including the initial contact which was via email. Jake was very forthcoming with the financial The purchase experience was pretty straight forward, including the initial contact which was via email. Jake was very forthcoming with the financial realities regarding the purchase given my trade in circumstances. Other dealers were not as forthcoming and avoided giving me any specific pricing information without having me actually come into the dealership. Some even wanted me to fill out a credit application before they would talk to me about specific pricing. Given my credit rating is very good I found being required to submit to a credit check, just to talk about pricing, quite insulting. I also found the other dealers not discussing specific pricing details via email rather elusive and kind of slimy. They just wanted me to come in so they could start the hard sale routine on me. I don't like that. So kudos to the Larry Miller dealership and their staff for being forthcoming and not elusive. It earned you a sale, and the other dealerships lost the sale due to their cloak and dagger "just-come-on-down-and-see-us" sales policies. I very much appreciate NOT being manipulated! More

He sent me a credit application to fill out before I came in and let me know what paperwork I would need to complete the financing, so I was well prepared when I arrived. Loren had picked out the perfect car for me, and did a great job explaining all of its features. Agreeing on a price and the amount to put down was a no-pressure experience.
