They diagnosed the problem that day and gave me a beautiful white 2017 Passat loaner car since parts had to be ordered.The repairs were completed and at a reasonable price.I was kind of sad to have to give up that beautiful Passat but I really did miss my Beetle.When I turned on the air conditioner, it was like a winter arctic blast. As before, they were flat out the best deal, making sure we received every credit available, and as before, with impeccable service. We had only a few days to locate the right car, before a trip and there were a few small items to take care of. Chase and ream handled them all perfectly. Chase, Mo, Josh were all terrific.
