When I took it into Walters Mercedes in Riverside CA I was impressed with the quick welcoming service, and then I was even more impressed with Wyman Apple, our service advisor. He took the time to know what I was needing for my vehicle and didn't waste my time with "other offers". He was patient with my thoughts and questions, answering all of them professionally as well as courteously. I will make the long drive to Walters again when our SUV needs attention, and I will ask for Wyman again as well. More

We had a plan to look at the GLE or GLC, by day’s end, I drove home with my new car!! Gene Russell was very helpful and knowledgeable, and we overwhelmed by his honest!
