He gently guided me through selection, test drive, etc., no pressure in any way. Paperwork process went smoothly. He took time showing me how to operate electronic features which I was unused to. Top notch buyer-friendly car buying experience! I was moving back to San Diego from San Francisco and needed to quickly find and purchase a vehicle. I spent some time building my vehicle on the Mazda website and was quickly connected to a great Sales Consultant - Tyler Kalevitch. We exchanged a few emails and he let me know that the Make/Model vehicle I was interested was in stock and he would keep an eye out for me. 2 weeks later I moved to San Diego and the first person I went to see was Tyler. We took the CX-5 out for a spin and I was in love. Tyler and his team worked the same evening to get me the details I needed for financing options and the next morning, I walked into the dealership, pre-qualified and signed paperwork. Tyler and the Finance Manager, Steven Camacho, are straight shooters. They are very transparent in the way that they approach vehicle sales and are engaging and genuine. This was the first time that I purchased a car on my own (no parents sitting next to me giving me their opinions) and I was 100% at ease. More
