Joel gave me assurance that it would be resolved and a loaner car was ready. Several time over the next few days I was called with updates from Joel. I bough a new Ford Focus last January, after a month a took the car back with transmission problems, 2 days later I got the car back and was told that it was fix. Since that date I took the car back 5 more times with the same problem. Same result, your car has been fix. I did a little research and if you google "Ford focus transmission problems" you will find hundreds of bad reports dated back to 2012. There's a civil law suit in court right now. Ford knew about this problems with the car when they sold it to us. The salesman Knew, the service guy knew, the service manager knew , the mechanic knew, the general manager knew. Everybody knew about it and they still paling this vehicle to customers all aver the country. I was offered another car if a put down $3.000 more. hell no... DO NOT BUY FROM FORD AGAIN. More

I Took the car for service 5 times and they keep saying that is fine. If you google FORD FOCUS TRANSMISSION, you will find hundreds of reports and they know it. The salesman knew, The service manager knew, The mechanics knew, ALL take you for an IDIOT. Here is what is so offsetting, the best they can do is : Get a different car and put down $3.000 more. There's a CASE IN COURT and they keep selling this car. I find NO INTEGRITY AT PINES FORD. More
