Total nightmare I traded in my old vehicle and leased a new one. Everything went very well during the sale. My salesman was very kind and was even great with my four I traded in my old vehicle and leased a new one. Everything went very well during the sale. My salesman was very kind and was even great with my four children. However, the finance department never send my pay-off for my trade in and I was billed the car payment for a car I no longer have. I’ve spent several days texting and calling and trying to get answers from the dealership. They have given me the run around and over a month has past since trading in my vehicle and the bank still has no evidence of a pay off being made. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone after this experience! More

Utterly amazing!! Kathy and her team are miracle workers! When i walked into buchanan, i was 98% sure that i was not going to get approved. I had $100 to my name for a Kathy and her team are miracle workers! When i walked into buchanan, i was 98% sure that i was not going to get approved. I had $100 to my name for a down payment, period. They made it so i still walked out with money for the gas on the way home and then some. They were going to make sure i had coffee first thing in the morning, but since my birthday is this saturday, they gave me a ginormous, good looking cupcake instead. Was the best experience I've had at a dealer in a long time. They are so friendly and will do whatever it takes to work with your circumstances. If the highest rate was 100, i would give them a 250. She also put beautiful birthday balloons on my car! It was very awesome, and i walked out with a 2015 utterly gorgeous chrysler! More

Kathy stayed with us every step of the way even way beyond closing time to take care of what we wanted to ensure that we not only liked what we chose but to get the best deal possible. My vehicle was completed that day but my husband decided on getting a new truck. We went back the next day but Kathy was not able to meet us so she turned us over to Eric Sheffer to handle the details of my husband's purchase. He was a professional as Kathy. This was our 3rd purchase from Buchanan and it will not be our last. We are dedicated customers for life!! The vehicle selection does not allow for 2 vehicles but we bought a Jeep and a Dodge. More

Very nice place to buy a truck I was looking for a full size work truck (8 foot bed) . The sales peron here went out of thete way to get the perfect one for my needs.
