Always a Pleasure at Crown Jaguar Service I recently had a flat tire and utilized the Jaguar Roadside with follow up to dealer service for tire replacement. Rick Anderson, Karen Cavanaugh, and I recently had a flat tire and utilized the Jaguar Roadside with follow up to dealer service for tire replacement. Rick Anderson, Karen Cavanaugh, and Bud Hawkins all helped with the issue as if we were family. Always professional, courteous, attentive, and ready to help. The service at Crown Jaguar is excellent thanks to the true dedication and personalized service from Rick and Karen. My sales person Bud kept me abreast of the progress of the repair as well as lease specials, providing insight into my next Jaguar purchase. Their lounge is accommodating and I was able to work remotely using their complimentary WIFI. Karen even offered to help microwave the lunch I brought just in case since the tire had to be ordered and the wait was longer than expected. Kudos to the Crown Jaguar team! Many THANKS;) More
